No, all we need is access to the property and for it to be showcase condition just as you would expect from a regular photography shoot. Local-X can work completely remotely from you other than exchanging keys. Captures work best if the buildings are empty of people and objects don’t move position while a room is being scanned.
Yes! This will be added every time for you to the upper left information drop down and with an in tour tag if you choose.
It’s far easier than you might think. We host the tour for you and provide an embedding URL just like an external video such as Youtube.
<iframe width=’853′ height=’480′ src=’https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=XXXXX’ frameborder=’0′ allowfullscreen allow=’vr’></iframe>
Your content management system will probably support the use of just the tour URL – https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=XXXXX
Consult your property portal for instructions on how to add the tour. It’s as simple as adding the link.
Our tour technology from Matterport works perfectly on all smartphones with full browsers including tablets. As with anything visual, they benefit from phones with larger screens and can be quickly shared too.
Pricing depends on the size of the space and if you booked multiple properties or just one, you can see the pricing page here. We over discounts to bookings with multiple properties and estate agents get preferential rates and the estate agents package.
Actual capture time can range from 45 minutes small flats to 4 hours+ for large 8 bedroom houses. Most properties will take between 1 and 2 hours but, further work such as tour rendering, labelling, tagging and adding property information takes time behind the scenes after we leave the property.
We’re afraid that’s not possible as it violates Google’s use policy with Google maps. You can, however, do this with businesses, venues and any other public domain.
